Linesoft WSP-30
Description
Linesoft WSP-30 is developed by Zhejiang Kefeng Silicone Co., Ltd. The product is a three-component block copolymer of polysiloxane, polyamine and polyether. The product is an upgrade of common amino silicone oil, and overcomes its drawbacks of poor stability and non-redyeing.
Product performance
Linesoft WSP-30will make polyester excellent fluffy feel, it is the most fluffy feel silicone;
Linesoft WSP-30 will make cotton excellent skin membrane feel, a full different feel for fashion fabric;
Linesoft WSP-30 is suitable for blanket, plush toys, coral velvet, terry towel, etc;
In order to get more smooth and soft feel, Linesoft WSP-30 is recommend to used together with Linesoft WSN;
Suitable for various fluffy fabrics, the bulkiness is excellent, while softness and slippy property are common. If better softness and slippy property are needed, it may be applied with Linesoft WSP-30;
Linesoft WSP-30should be added in rolling groove instead of dye vat.
Non-stick to roller, no-demulsification and floating oil, no silicone spot.

Eco-Conscious StandardApplication
Linesoft WSP-30 may be considered for use in textile pad finishing after dyeing process of polyester, cotton and wool. It typically provides great lubricity and soft hand-feel during the manufacture.
Dosage:
Linesoft WSP-30 should be used during finishing, at a dosage level of 3-5 g/liter in the bath.
Product performance
After treated with LINESOFT WSP-30, softness, smothness and fluffy feelof synthetic fiber, cotton fiber, polyester fleece and wool are showed in Table 1.

Products were all in 20% active ingredient. Magnasoft SRS (made by Momentive) was set as a control. The softness, Smoothness and Fluffy feel are based on a scale of 1 to 8, with 8 being the best. All these parameters were tested by five professional techniques who have more than 20 years textile experience.
As Table 1 showed that, LINESOFT WSP-30 has greater softness, smoothness and fluffy grade than blank control. Compared with MagnasoftSRS(made by Momentive), LINESOFT WSP-30 has equal smoothness and softness, but even better fluffy grade except in cotton, it make cotton special skin membrane feel.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry and ventilated area away from sources of heat and oxides. For long-term storage, on the packing bag, pay attention to seal moisture after opening the packing bag.
Shelf life: 12 months.
